Corporate Invoicing Terms
- 100% Mandatory AC Policy: All corporate fleet operations follow a mandatory all-inclusive AC policy. Tariff applies uniformly regardless of cooling usage.
- GST & Tax Compliance: 5% GST is applicable extra over corporate invoice total. Official tax-compliant invoices eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) will be issued under SafarSetu Travels and Mobility Services Pvt. Ltd.
- Midnight Calendar Day Clause: Trips running past 12:00 AM midnight transition into the subsequent calendar day and are billed as two distinct duty days.
- Tolls & Parking: FASTag tolls, commercial parking fees, and state entry taxes are billed extra as per actual verifiable receipts.

Standard Terms & Conditions
- 100% Mandatory Air Conditioning Policy: All bookings are billed on a mandatory all-inclusive AC basis. The tariff remains unchanged whether passengers choose to run or switch off the cooling.
- Calendar Day Duty Clause: Operational packages and duty days are calculated strictly on a calendar day basis (12:00 AM midnight to 11:59 PM). A journey running past 12:00 AM midnight will be billed as two separate duty days.
- Driver Night Allowance: Trips running, departing, or terminating between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM attract the designated night allowance per duty session (₹500 for Sedan/SUV, ₹700 for Innova/Crysta).
- Tolls, Parking & State Taxes: FASTag automated toll charges, parking slips, and state boundary entry permits are excluded from the base fare and must be reimbursed directly as per actual receipts.
- Over-limit Running: Usage exceeding package time or distance limits will be calculated automatically on garage-to-garage basis at the applicable Extra KM and Extra Hour rates.
- Tax Policy: Retail rates are inclusive of applicable taxes; corporate billing attracts 5% GST extra with official Input Tax Credit (ITC) invoices issued by SafarSetu Travels and Mobility Services Pvt. Ltd.
